No Drain Too Stubborn
Slow drains are more than an inconvenience — they're a warning sign. Kitchen grease buildup, root intrusion, and collapsed sections all start with a slow drain before becoming a flooded floor. Bob identifies the root cause before picking up a tool.
We use professional-grade hydro-jetting and in-line camera inspection. Chemical drain cleaners eat pipes — we don't use them and we don't recommend them. Mechanical clearing lasts longer and causes no corrosion damage.

Hot Water — Installed Right
Whether your current tank is leaking, running cold, or simply 15 years old, Bob handles everything: selection advice, permit applications, removal of the old unit, and full installation of the new one.
Bob works with all major brands and both tank and tankless styles. Tankless (on-demand) units save space and energy but require proper gas or electrical work — Bob coordinates it all. Old units are disposed of properly and not left in your driveway.

Repipe It Once. Repipe It Right.
Older homes across the South Shore were built with galvanized steel or early copper pipe that's now corroding from the inside. Low water pressure, discoloured water, and pinhole leaks are all signs you need a repipe — not another patch.
Bob uses modern PEX-A tubing or type-L copper depending on the application. PEX is flexible, freeze-resistant, and rated for 50+ years. We work section by section to minimize the time your water is off, and we patch drywall access points before we leave.
